We collect postal addresses from online orders but we do not ship anything else except the order to your addresses.

Aggregate Site Statistics
We collect, in aggregate form only, the domain names of visitors to our site, as well as statistics about our sales, traffic patterns, and related site information. This information includes non-personally identifying information of visitors, such as browser software, operating system, and IP address, and is used for marketing and sales reporting, or to improve the design and function of the website. We also collect non-personally identifiable information via Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers, which includes information about user demographic and interest categories. Ad Serving and Re-Marketing
We use third-party service providers to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet and sometimes on this site. They may collect information about your visits to our website, and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to this and other websites to target advertisements for goods and services. This information is collected through the use of a pixel tag, which is industry standard technology used by most major web sites. No personally identifiable information is given to our service providers in this process. Privacy Statement Updates
We may decide to make changes to our Privacy Statement. If we do this, we will post those changes here so that we can inform and update our customers on how we collect and use information.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will endeavor to offer good shopping experience and hassle-free returns, please contact Customer Service to process your return within 30 days after buyer receives the product. Returned product must be in its original new condition. For customized item, if it is not our mistake, we will not accept return.
Firstly, please send your return request to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll analyze your request and send you authorized return address. You may return your item in original new condition. After we receive a return, we will inspect to make sure it is in brand new, clean condition, and then we will issue you a 100% merchandise cost refund back to your original payment method. (Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to post to your account).
Return shipping is at your expense unless you decide to receive an exchange of any other similarly priced product or if you decide to accept store credit, in which case we will pay for both incoming and outgoing shipping charges. When returning items, please make sure to obtain tracking and insurance in case your return gets lost or damaged on its way back to us.
All the pillows will be shipped in a tightly vacuum-sealed bag and travel to you in a plain shipping parcel without our logo printed on the outside. Please open the bag carefully and help the pillow inflate to their original shape. Since the fabrics vary in different types, the inflation time will also vary from hours to days.
Free Shipping (Cannot Specify Delivery Date)
Free Shipping, which is already applied to all items by default, is the main shipping option we offer to anywhere in the world and have no minimum order request.
Orders that are shipped with Free Shipping usually takes 10 to 14 business days to arrive at your door but sometimes may take a bit longer depending on special delivery area. Parcels are trackable up to 24 hours after order ships. Orders going to post office boxes, rural routes and FPO/APOs will be shipped via International Postal Service or altered shipping service, which unfortunately is not trackable.
Notes: Customers from Russian and Latin American countries or regions may take 15 – 30 business days or more to receive an order.
Expedited Shipping (No PO Boxes, Delivery Date Specified by the Shipping Company)
We also offer Expedited Shipping for urgent order. If you need this service, please send us your expected delivery date to us, we will help you to check whether it is still available. If yes, we will email you how to finish the extra fee for the Express Shipping.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not suggest to ship to P.O. Boxes, because our pillows are generally big and your PO Boxes may not contain it. please be sure to provide the actual street address. Orders submitted with P.O. Box shall cause a delay on delivery.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
Shipping to APO and FPO Boxes
Orders sent to military FPO (Fleet Post Office) and APO (Army Post Office) boxes must be shipped using our Free Shipping service. Unfortunately, due to the distant locations of many military postings, it can take several days to deliver to these addresses.
International Shipping Policy & Detail
We are happy to send pillows to people you love, no matter where they live!
A valid telephone number is required for any order placed on our website. We reserve the right to request verification of billing address and phone number at any time, and do so for most orders with a different “ship to” and “bill to” address. International orders also require the recipient's valid telephone number.
Note: Due to some country's regulations, shipping may not be available due to size/weight restrictions.
International shipments may experience delays upon arrival due to customs inspections – regulations vary by country. We do not have control over international packages once they have left our warehouse and we are not responsible for customs, duties or taxes associated with your international shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in the specified country of delivery. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Other Shipping Information
Commercial invoices are NOT sent with packages. A shipping label with shipper’s address, phone number, receiver’s address, method of shipping, general item info & declaration value, etc, will be shown on the package.
